Przemysław Dominik Antas

Przemysław has been advising Polish and international companies on legal and tax risk management for more than ten years. He has worked for credit institutions, investment funds, large trading and manufacturing companies, IT and life science sectors in Poland and abroad, but his clients also include small and medium-sized family businesses and NGOs. Before Przemysław launched his own practice, his employers included renowned law firms as well as the legal and tax department of PwC, where he was responsible for areas such as tax disputes and management of executives’ personal exposure. He continued his advisory practice as the founder of law firm Antas Legal and tax consultancy Antas Tax, which joined other partner businesses to form Ontilo. In the new organisation, Przemysław is responsible for the management of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects, compliance management, management of personal liability risks of executives and litigation, including tax disputes. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and the International Business Law Program at the University of Groningen. After completing his legal training at the Warsaw Bar Association, he passed the bar exam and became an Attorney-at-law. He also passed the tax advisor exam. As an expert, Przemysław is frequently quoted in the media and in press publications.
