Financial Modelling

We build financial models from the ground up, following principles that improve the usability and readibility of the tool and make it easy for the user to modify the model on their own. Just ask the property developer listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, one of the largest producers of specialities in Poland and the international investment fund manager interested in participating in a venture in the wind energy sector. We use the MS Excel environment, supported by VBA coding. Our models are compliant with the FAST standard, which promotes transparency, flexibility and scalability.

Combined with business experience, our technical skills render realistic and consistent forecasts to be included in business plans, bank or fund financing applications, EU applications, PPP models, debt restructuring programmes.
