Tax disputes

We represent taxpayers before all units of the National Revenue Administration. We assist businesses at every stage of a dispute with the tax authorities, from audits to proceedings before the Supreme Administrative Court, in particular we:

• train staff on how to prepare for an audit and how to act during one;
• develop taxpayer and executive defense strategies,
• act as professional proxies in tax proceedings and counsel in administrative court proceedings, and as defense counsel in fiscal penal proceedings,
• analyse the position of companies and executives in terms of vulnerability to tax risk,
• help taxpayers obtain positive administrative decisions, including tax rulings, securing opinions or tax decisions.
